Return Policy

Buy It. Try It. Don't Like It? Bring It Back.

At Le Gourmet Chef, customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

  • Returns with a receipt are refunded based on the payment method of the original purchase.
  • Returns without a receipt will be exchanged or given an in-store credit (sorry, in-store credit cannot be redeemed on-line).
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or given an in-store credit.

You may return your purchase at any store or on-line, regardless of where you bought it. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. After 90-days, please send all defective merchandise to the manufacturer. To return through our on-line store, ship the item to:

With the receipt, your preferred return action and your contact information inside the box. You will receive a copy of the credit memo showing the refund to your credit card via USPS.
