Bone Suckin' Barbecue Beans

Bone Suckin' Barbecue Beans Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Sauce, 1 cup
Bone Suckin' Mustard, 1/4 cup
Beans, 28 oz. can
Ground Beef, 1 lb.
Sweet Red Pepper, 1 diced
Sweet Yellow Pepper, 1 diced
Large Onion, 1 diced

Directions: Drain beans in colander. Brown hamburger and drain. Cook peppers and onions in microwave for 5-7 min. Mix all ingredients together and add enough sauce to make sticky but not soupy. Place in a 9" X 12" pyrex dish or teflon pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven at 350° for 30 to 40 min. Serves 8.

Bone Suckin' Blackberry Chicken Salad Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Sauce, (2) 16 oz. jars
Chicken Breast, skinless & boneless, 4
Blackberries, 1 cup
Walnuts, ½ cup
Gourmet Greens Salad Mix, 16 oz.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken breast in oven safe pan. Pour 1 jar of Bone Suckin' Sauce over chicken. Bake in oven until done. Cut into strips. Place on gourmet greens salad, add fresh blackberries and shelled walnut pieces. Use other ½ jar of Bone Suckin' Sauce drizzle over salad and serve.

Bone Suckin' Grilled New Potatoes

Do you just want a new spin on boring potatoes? Take a look at our quick and easy, easy, easy recipe for a fabulous side dish.

Bone Suckin' Grilled New Potatoes Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub, 1.5 Tbs
Red New potatoes, 12
Butter, 3 Tbs

Directions: Preheat oven or grill to 375° Rinse potatoes and slice into quarters. Place in a large re-sealable plastic bag and pour in 1/2 cup water. Seal bag, but leave one corner open slightly. Microwave 8 minutes on high. Remove from microwave and drain water. Add Butter + Rib Rub to potatoes. To crisp the potatoes you can either 1.) Place cooked potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil over a hot grill. (About 10 minutes) OR 2.) Spread cooked potatoes on baking sheet in one layer. Bake until golden brown.

Bone Suckin' Grilled Veggies

Bone Suckin' Grilled Veggies Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbs
Butter, 1 stick Red onion, 1
White onion, 1
Red Bell pepper, 1
Yellow bell pepper, 1
Roma Tomato, 4
Asparagus, 1 bunch

Directions: Wash and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in to large chunks and boil. Potatoes should be done well enough to stick a fork into sides and pull out easily. Drain Potatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Serve immediately. It's really delicious when served hot.

Grilled Peaches with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce

Grilled peaches, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are drizzled with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce for a delicious treat.

Grilled Peaches with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce Ingredients:
3-4 Peaches
Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce
Walnuts
Whipped cream
Powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice peaches in half, twist and remove pit from inside.
  2. Grill on a preheated grill sliced side down for 2-3 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until heated and tender.
  3. Remove from grill, place on a decorative bowl and surround with raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Drizzle with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce. Garnish with walnuts, whipped cream and/or powdered sugar

Spring Cabbage Salad

Grilled peaches, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are drizzled with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce for a delicious treat.

Spring Cabbage Salad Ingredients:
1/4 cup White wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
4 cups Napa or regular cabbage, slivered
2 cups Carrots, julienne
4 Scallions, chopped or slivered
1 head Radicchio, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, slivered

Directions: In a small mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients to create the dressing and whisk together. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, scallions, head radicchio and Granny Smith apples for the salad and toss with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold in small salad dishes or dressed in cabbage leaves
